Not too long ago Babymetal played their first American show in Los Angeles. It sold out almost instantly. I was really surprised; I didn’t realize they had that many fans in America to do that. I guess they have been gaining traction online and combined with being their first and only headlining show in America that contributed to the result. Babymetal contributed to Lady Gaga’s tour across the US as a supporting act but had much less stagetime than their LA show. Now they’ve announced two more shows in New York and London and this time you actually have a chance to buy tickets at your leisure. It’s called the “Back in the USA/UK Tour 2014″ but two shows does not a tour make, and especially only one per country.
Nonetheless, if you want to see them again, go for it. There isn’t any new material (it’s only been a little over a month since the Fonda after all) but if you like Babymetal it’s probable that you’ve listened to them a million times already.
