American power metal group Kamelot pairs up with turbo-speed band DragonForce for a US tour starting next spring. The tour starts in late April and runs through late May. Expect DragonForce to hype up the crowd with their brand of speed metal and Kamelot to prey upon that and keep the tempo going like rollercoaster. If the last time you saw Kamelot was with Roy Khan you should be in for a treat. Tommy is shockingly close in sound and minus Khan’s awesome name is a great replacement for the band. Thomas Youngblood has even gone on record by saying, “He has exceeded my expectations.”

The new Kamelot album will be released hopefully in the months before the tour so all you fans will be able to sing along and get pumped up ahead of time. DragonForce’s newest album was released last month so give that a listen.
