X Japan has just announced they’ll be playing Coachella. Not being one for festivals (especially ones that are probably going to cost me upwards of $1000) I’m probably not going to attend but I will pray they are streamed. Considering X doesn’t play very often and they still haven’t released that new album this is probably the only chance we’re going to get to see them play anywhere for a while. You’d think the longer they go without a tour/album the chances go up but that’s not the case when it comes to Yoshiki.
X Japan will play on April 14 and 21.
Coachella is two weekends on April 13-15 and April 20-22. Both weekends are identical and they usually stream the first weekend so with any luck we’ll be seeing X Japan online.
